Returns

14 days

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, no reason needed. Return the piece unworn, as received, with accessories. You pay return shipping unless the piece is non-conforming. The online form is available from the order.

Hygiene

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded from withdrawal (article L. 221-28).

Refund

Request the return from your account or the order email. After inspection, the refund goes back on the same method, within 14 days of recovery or proof of shipment.

Withdrawal model (article L. 221-5): online form from the order, or send this text to contact@mmrunning.fr, or any other clear statement.
