Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern distance sales by MM Running, shop MM Running, shipped to France only. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Pieces

The vestiaire sells authentic pieces, often unique, checked before shipping. Condition and stock are the vestiaire’s at the time you view them. A piece is held only when you pay.

3. Price

Prices in euros, tax included. France shipping is the amount shown at checkout. The price due is the one confirmed with the order.

4. Order and payment

Bag, France address, payment. Paying is an obligation to pay. Card and SEPA go through Stripe when that provider is active. A bank transfer may be offered: the order stays pending until funds arrive. The shop does not store card data.

5. Delivery

Metropolitan France only. Shipment after payment is confirmed. Tracking appears in the account when available.

6. Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, no reason needed (French Consumer Code, article L. 221-18). Return the piece unworn, as received, with accessories. You pay return shipping unless the piece is non-conforming. A unique piece is not a customised piece: the 14-day period still applies. Exception: sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (article L. 221-28). A “Withdraw from the contract here” control is on the order and in the confirmation email.

7. Returns

Request the return from your account or the order email. After inspection, the refund goes back on the same method, within 14 days of recovery or proof of shipment.

8. Warranties

Authenticated pre-owned pieces: 12-month legal conformity warranty (articles L. 217-3 et seq.), plus hidden-defect warranty. Report a defect as soon as you find it. Authenticity is checked before shipping.

9. Liability

The vestiaire is not liable for abnormal use or force majeure. Photos describe the piece sold, not a brand-new collection.

10. Data

Personal data is described in the privacy policy. Necessary cookies are described in the cookie policy.

11. Law

French law. Try an amicable solution first. A consumer may use the mediator () and the EU platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French courts otherwise, without reducing mandatory consumer protection.

12. Withdrawal form

Under articles L. 221-5, L. 221-21 and D. 221-5 of the French Consumer Code, you may withdraw online from your order (“Withdraw from the contract here”, then “Confirm withdrawal”). An acknowledgement email follows, with date and time. You may also use the model below, or any other unambiguous statement, and send it to contact@mmrunning.fr.
